He did not have a gun in the house, just bullets "Elgindy is on probation in Texas for an insurance disability scam conviction and ammunition was found in his house in violation of probation terms, the prosecutor said." I think a few stray bullets would be an easy thing to forget about. I have some antique ones around here in some drawer besides real ones for my gun. I have an antique bullet keychain even.
