G, i briefly read the csj ruling. this is a ball of worms and a convoluted you need a martian interpreter to make sense of it. but i think that kry was hurt by the decision, especially on the time limit thing. in every situation, the powers to be can bring out new reasons for making a decision. pdg still is a power broker and the smoke is thick in the back offices of the csj building and calderas hacienda. the csj took the politically expedient approach by not making a firm decision to end this once and for all. by now determining if they are going to hear the appeal or whatever you call it, imho is a stall to come up with new words to clear up the situation in pdg's favor, completely. vargs
