don, the difference between IMDS and UMSI are huge! Imds essentially has one technology that they're gambling their existence on, whereas UMSI has many different products and is a much more stable company because of that fact. i believe the management at IMDS is unproven and does not seem to be altogether honest with their news releases, whereas the management at UMSI is experienced and rather accurate to date with not only their news release but their projections as well. Just read the IMDS thread and you get a good idea of the mistrust that has been caused by premature press releases. I'm not saying that UMSI is a sure thing, but they've got a lot more oars in the water than IMDS does. before you throw your money around you should do some research that is not internet based and consult a professional (most likely your broker) about companies you are interested in. good luck in your research, hraka p.s. - for a good start see post #115.
