WSJ: WASHINGTON -- The outlook for the telecommunications-equipment sector remains hazy, but recent insider purchasing has produced at least a few rays of optimism.

Taking advantage of depressed prices, executives at Lucent Technologies Inc., Crown Castle International Inc. and Andrew Corp. have been buying their company's stock over the past three months.

And where are JDSU execs?
