This is established and understood. We need to focus on the viability of the business plan. Let's move on to your concerns.

Need more specifics. Too general to discuss. This is the area that you can win points in. So go for the throat here:-)

This is the million dollar question. #$#!@ if I know the answer.

Here we disagree. There is no timetable for the legal issues and we may be in limbo for years. The commercial issues seem to be much simpler.
