Well, it should come as no surprise that 1stOrder is HQ'd in beautiful downtown Atlanta, GA. Yet another piece of the "good ol' boy" puzzle. You think maybe the key players belong to the same gin rummy club?

1stOrder is an LLC. There are 4 contact names given. I'd wager it's a very small company. Probably less than 10 people total. More like 6.

Their product is on version 1.3. Not much to it, really. I suspect they "integrated" their product with FSTW's simply by an external transfer of data via XML. That's something that could be done with just about ANY product, so the tie in is really nothing to write home about.

Wild guess ... they had a common customer who wanted to connect the pieces, so they collaborated on the "development" of the data transfer (if there really is any), and then began marketing it as a solution.

This will have more impact on 1stOrder's sales than it will on FSTW's. If there's any impact at all, that is.

Oh, yeah ... no Palm OS support. That will limit the market.

Wheeee !!! [he says, sarcastically]

Regards,
