It figures

Speaking of figures, they are getting a handle on the size of the energy fraud in California. Cheney and Junior had a big hand in this, so they should be looking at about 5000 years in prison. Cheney should get his picture on the post office wall, Junior, however, is more like Woody Allen in "Take the Money and Run", that's why the scheme fell apart.
