Sarmad-- Where was I, you, and the world when Saddam chemically destroyed Halabja. The legacy of birth defects is ghastly. Would he have done this with knowledge that there would be consequences to him? I doubt it.

My arguments are that Halabja defined him and his potential for destruction, and that his word is worthless. Give me assurances that he won't do what he already has done, and I'll agree with you. No one wants to see body bags.
