Hank: re: all may be potential customers of someone like FSTW! Right. Also, potential customers of any one of the other several dozen or so CRM related sales folks. Differentiation is the key. When that fails, the more robust offerings will win out. When that fails, try personal contacts. "If you don't buy this, you're going to get kicked out of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce".
