Thought this was the most interesting comment. Could this lead analysts to ask about dividends in year-end conference call?

Also from the following article, biz.yahoo.com, Thornley is quoted as saying "...the replacement phone market is becoming increasingly more important. 'The most important part of our business is how we can drive the replacement market.'"

What do these two things have in common? In my view they are functions of a shift from a "growth" mentality to a "value" mentality. And most of the equity market thinking (the average analyst and investor) hasn't made this shift in thinking yet.
