SWKS said today at the conference that the Cali note got pushed back to June 2003. This is great news for those concerned about the 'funding issues'. It also shows that CNXT is being very accomodating to the new company and its financial position. This gives Dave and co more time to generate cash from operations and further decreases the possibility of dilution with regards to the Cali note.
