Paul: Good detective work. With some recent posts, it sounds like a lot of "circle jerking politicing" going on at Novell. No wonder no one has a clue as to "Who is on First" and the company is a drift! I still think the only thing that will get this BOD's attention is a "Corporate Raider" or a well crafted shareholders class action lawsuit. Vip
