Many human activities operate by rules. I'm not sure that love does -- marriage does, but does love? Does honor? Depends on how you define the relationship of honor and rules, of course. If a person has honor, that person feel bound to follow certain patterns (which depend very much on their culture), but is honor itself bound by rules?
But back to the main issue -- just because most, or if you prefer for the sake of argument all, human activities operate by rules, that doesn't have anything to do with wither God does.
And you skipped, either inadvertently or intentionally, my questions. But I'm not going to let you off that easily!
You claim even God has rules. So:
1. Who made the rules? 2. What is the penalty for breaking them? 3. (I'll add this one) Who or what imposes the penalty?
