As for the trees in the forest not falling unless you hear it, I disagree. Certainly you may will have no awareness of the sounds made by the tree falling. However, the falling of the tree will have real consequences in the real world. Birds' nests may be dislodged, insects crushed, surrounding plants killed, etc. Other people may hear the sounds. But why continue--I imagine you are joking about this.
