To the best of my knowledge, Israel, Pakistan, India, China, Russia, France, or Britain did not have a history of trying to destroy the ability of neighbors to export oil. Further, to the best of my knowledge, the United States has friendly relations with Israel, Pakistan, India, Russia, France and Britain. |
