I don't know what he would put in them, but we heard he would put germs and gas on them in the Gulf War and he didn't ... re: any nuke test he does.....if he does test, I pretty sure it would be underground with no or little fallout. I repeat, if he nukes someone, he will either be nuked himself or overun in a big hurry by about a zillion troops from all over the world. And I repeat again, I don't think he wants to commit suicide....
