Thanks, Lee, for the latest update from AOL.

SRESERCH's analysis IMO is correct. I have held the opinion for the last several months that the most likely future for WRKE would be SRESERCH's outcome #3 - "Company becomes delinquent on the Bankruptcy Debt and is pulled back into the Bankruptcy Court ( Chapter 7 - Liquidation would be the more probable filing this time)."

I became virtually convinced of this when I spoke with Nancy Hardy on July 14. She indicated that WRKE had no intention of extending the warrant execution date or adjusting the price. To me, this indicated a bleak and short future for WRKE (little likelihood for corporate life after July) and that after July, the warrants would be no more - or even less - attractive than they are now (and one would not exactly call them a hot item today.)

Stk Mkt 01's alternative - "Their is another option. someone may want the technology badly enough to buy the company." - will not happen. I did not post the information, but Nancy Hardy was very clear on the point that there was absolutely no interest on anyone else's part to take over the company. Who can blame them - they'd also be taking over WRKE's liabilities, too.

DMD209SV has the time frame just about right IMO - "30 or 60 days" and a sell off of the technology. My guess is end of August.

All things considered, I'm afraid that the time has come for this bottom-feeder to sink into the mud. It might also be a good time to take a look at Allsup (I don't know anything about them.)

Is this a great country, or what?

Please keep those AOL postings coming.
