I understand cash flo problem is severe and that a return to chap 11 is a
possibility, however, ERGOS tech has NOT been sold to Allsup. I wouldnt be
surprised to see an announcement in a couple of weeks on some positive
developments. But, again, a possibility of return to Chap 11 is a distinct
possibility.

By the way, a few days ago I reported the rumor that "the largest med
sales co" in country was selling ergos. I found out that they are not the
largest in the country. However, they are extremely good. It was a real
coup to get them. Terms were agreed to this week with FCE tech, the new name
for the group formerly associated with General Electric. This group is the
one that brought Hitachi from 0% to 25% of the U S market for MRI's. Subj:
