tom, paging will be a part of the pcs network, correct? after all, pcs is known for having multiple technologies - ie, faxing, paging, cell phone, e-mail, etc.

if i build a pcs network and i want to offer two way or voice paging as an option, do i need to build my own infrastructure? if so, gems would seem to benefit from the pcs rollout. if all you are going to do is offer cell phone service then it kind of defeats the purpose of pcs - personal communication service.

jmho as to how gems may benefit from the pcs rollouts.
