Another cheaper lawyer may be the interim answer. The current atty, Guy Matthews, from my few conversations with him in the fall, seems like a very successful and expensive atty. The kind of guy right out of "Dallas". If IMMD were owned by JR Ewing, he seems like the right man. As this suit seems so vevoid of merit, a very competent, less expensive atty would minimize this bleeding. He was getting paid in shares. Justification of these expenses would be prudent. Mel
