Jim, I have to...gulp...agree with Dave about the importance of the charts at this point in time. GMGC does have a slight chance at putting together financing. A very slight chance. It would be extremely dilutive. I cannot think of any other reason for the price to have moved up lately other than some folks just taking a shot at a quick pop after financing prior to the realization of the dilutive nature of it. Maybe the money in the bank would outweigh the dilution, but I don't feel good about it. Again, that financing is a long shot, and all other scenarios don't appear to leave any value for the common shareholder, imho.

Even in a best case scenario of new contracts they're still going to need more operating cash... That would be more dilutive and could possibly trigger another reverse split... The only other possibilities would be a buyout or an investor that believes in GMGC technology who gets a chunk of the ownership without issuing additional shares...
