Another example of how Verizon is completely screwed up:

My friend was on the phone with their national sales staff asking for a 1X phone/BREW with a great color screen (not knowing they don't have one). The rep offered up the Z-800 (MSM 3100 chip). She said she's got one and her girlfriend just got one and 1X is great. My friend got me on the phone to verify this when he was on hold and I told him it's not 1X. He got back with her and she contacted a supervisor who assured my friend it was in fact 1X!
