I'm half serious when I say I'm waiting for the cover of Business Week to say the PC is dead.

That would mean nothing to me at this point. In some ways I almost agree. What I am waiting for is "the internet is dead". Thats what we had in the trough in the mid-80s after the mini PC-bubble. Morley Safer on 60 mins interviewing Grace Hopkins, saying "what now, the pc is dead, it was a revolution (referring to the 79-83 period) and now its over".

Still it sure seems like the horse has left the barn on the tech doom and gloom scenario.
