You will never forget that first one. One word. The word tells us to be fruitful and multiply. Separate the two into two compartments but remember the two work in tandem. To multiply you must be fruitful but being fruitful or the fruits of the spirit are the 9 fruits..patience, kindness, gentleness, goodness, meekness, long suffering, love, faith,temperance.
It is when the fruit is there that you multiply by bringing in converts.It works the same way in the natural. Before a tree multiplies it first has to produce fruit...so before we multiply we must have the fruit in place.
I know this is a vague concept but so many people think the multiplying is the fruit...they are wrong...the multiplication is only evidence of the fruit...In Christ...gregor
