Oh, goodie! Main Street put an expiration on their free option to buy tendered shares - one year. That makes it OK now, right? Sheesh!!!

"Main Street may only extend any Offer in increments of thirty-days or less. During any extension to any Offer, if equity funds from the exercise of warrants not yet applied to buy tendered Shares are sufficient to pay for the one largest remaining open position of the remaining open Offers, then at least one Offer must be closed at the end of that extension to the Offer. All Offers must be closed in less than one year from the Offer date."
