Very simple, and fun for those of us TA/Charting nuts <gg>

I use Esignal, and just annotate any live charts using esignal tools and the save the them to a folder.

You can also use SNAGIT to capture screens..it's a nice piece of software, with good editing/annotating tools. You can test drive it for a month free:
