Keith After moving out of the city of Toronto in 1982 and having retained many friends there, I had the Ontario courts searched to see if a statement of claim was filed. Guess what....no statement of claim yet filed, one can only ASSUME that Coleville's Peter Perry is making this NEWS as a posturing technique to look good in front of his shareholder's. I have stated all along that a lawsuit would not be filed and I am going to stick with this story. Frankly I believe it is just another Coleville move to be able to say to shareholders when a settlement is announced, look we made Antares break. THE QUESTION YOU SHAREHOLDER'S SHOULD HAVE IS, WHY MR PERRY DID YOU LOSE SUCH A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF THIS PROPERTY WHEN YOU HAD IT ALL AT THE START? If in fact there was no suit filed then Peter Perry has made a statement that is false and filed same with the ASE, would this not be a serious offence????
