Carl Tilley told me over the phone that over the last 18 years while he was working on this project he's gone bankrupt three times. He's not a quitter. We and many others are very interested in helping him. I do not know the answer to your question at the present time.
Needless to say, the worldwide political and economic implications of this invention are staggering. It's fair to say that the real "Axis of Evil" - i.e., the political-corporate-industrial-financial ONE World complex - generate some 30-40% of their corporate, excise and individual tax dollars from the oil-industrial complex. Hence, Black Oil is THE single largest source of the political power that has been enslaving the world since the first poor country bumpkin fell into that first gusher somewhere in PA of US of A back in the 1800s.
I had two of our partners on a follow-up conference call with Carl Tilley this morning. One ore more of us are planning to attend The Tilley Foundations September 7th FREE public demo of the car at Nashville Speedway.
Here's another little gem we learned from the conversation. This same technology can be used to provide all the power and heat that homes require. But the catch is that this Slave State Avis of Evil has enforced that all homes must be connected "to the grid" and even though there are laws that require that energy create but not used must be purchased by the grid they really played a lot of games with Tilley as he was using his invention to power his home and shop.
Example: say the average home uses 480,000 watts per month. One month Tilley turned up the juice on his home-shop power generation unit and piped in 480,000,000 watts over and above the 480,000 one of these homes uses. This is enough energy to power 1000 homes!! And outside of the original cost of the electric motor, batteries and the couple dozen bucks in materials to configure and outfit the invention: FREE!!!
Another thing to note, Carl Tilley has received numerous threats on his life. And that's the reason why he's going PUBLIC BIG TIME on this. He truly wants We The People - the general public - to benefit from this invention.
So get the word out and tell EVERYONE you know who lives within 4-8 hours from Nashville to be SURE to go to the Nashville Speedway on September 7th to be a firsthand witness of history being made in our world.
I equate this to a combination of 1) The Declaration of Independence; 2) The Emancipation Proclamation and 3) the Wright Brothers at Kitty Hawk and 4) Charles Lindbergh's flight across the Atlantic Ocean and 4) the Civil Rights Movement all rolled up in this massive New Jerusalem Age - which began on 4/29/79 - which is part of the Age of Aquarius which started on 3/21/00.
This is a groundbreaking, earth shattering technology which is going to usher in HUGE, GREAT and POSITIVE changes which will help mankind transcend these dark forces that have been attempting to enslave this world.
