Keith, You have your spin, as a result of the previous post. There is NO lawsuit. If there WERE a lawsuit, it would invalidate the opinions offered by at least two individuals to this thread over some considerable period of time; therefore, there is NO lawsuit. This revelation implies that the CEO has publicly lied, which would certainly have some significant ramifications; however, according to the information just posted here, there is NO lawsuit. This move on the part of the company would also indicate that they are extremely stupid to think that that they could "bluff" Antares by pretending to file a lawsuit, the lack of which has already been revealed on this thread; nonetheless, there is NO lawsuit. Remember, you heard it here first.
