Jon, my brother QCOM bull, with all due respect, of which towards you I have much, no its not. American professional "sports" (i use the term loosely here)is a wretched obscenity; a commercially overdone cesspool of 'roid freaks masquerading as humans who, but for the fact that they are employed by the NFL (and for some in spite of the fact that they are employed by the NFL) would be(are) criminals.

This farce of a game demands nothing in the way of endurance from its participants.Whenever anyone of them claim that they are tired, I'm reminded of what Sheilas these guys really are.

Studies have determined that , on average, a grand total of 12 minutes and 37 seconds are spent in actual play in an NFL game. Of this sum, on average the offense and defense spend 45% each on the field, special teams 10%. Given all of the specialized substitution, even if you are a starter you only spend about 60% of the time your unit is on the field actually playing.

Lets do the math.

12:37 x .45 x .6 = 3 minutes and 40 seconds.

Yes thats right. Three minutes and forty seconds in actual play.....over a span of THREE HOURS.

And your ass is tired? And you're an athlete? Give me a freakin' break.

If this is all you have to do, then it really doesn't matter if the linemen use the needle to turn into some 345 lb. freak. He ain't ever gonna have to do a g-d thing for any meaningful period of time.

I'm happily liberated. You'd be happier if you were liberated as well.
