wr - yup there is a conflict on the INTC H&S. ROFL. Only pattern I can match would be the shoulders of Sept 1999 and Nov 2000. Neckline almost horizontal through the lows, some 35ish, retested from below first week of Jan 2002. Still favouring Mar-Sep 2000 to be a simple bearish rising wedge. Measured 20ish. Which is the top of my right "shoulder". FWIW
