Resolution of E*T Discrepancy

After two weeks of haggling with them, I finally got E*T to resolve a discrepancy in my account. (I had cancelled a buy order on some options, and two days later, with the options sinking fast, they said I had in fact bought them.) The guy who finally squared things there is named Marco Pellini, who identified himself as their Manager of Trading. You can reach him through their 800 line at ext. 3541.

The above was the last straw. I'm closing my account with them as soon as possible.
