TO All!

I believe the reason the stock is staying at this level is:

The only news releases we are getting is about more stock being optioned or PPs at the 20 cent level. If investors can buy it at the same price the insiders are getting it at, it will stay here as long as other investors are willing to sell at this level. 58,000 shares on Friday-that's accumulation.

The next issue is no news on sale of gasifiers is being released. It is hard to move the stock with no good News Releases. According to ATU one is coming soon(I heard it was to be out last week so it must be coming shortly).

There has been some stock delusion with the last press releases and that will create investor concern until it is shown why the money is needed. For instance if it is needed for a aquisition it would put a positive perspective on it, as the company expands as opposed to needing it for day to day running of the company.

The name Autumn Industries has not been widely recognized. They are trying to solve this by hiring good IR personal which has just begun.
I know they now have one in Ontario.

Don-I would say that if you can get some at 20 cents-buy them. If you noticed on July 16th Patricia Lowen was involved in a PP at 20 cents but I doubt very much whether we can still buy at 20 cents on Monday.

Good Luck-I still have the faith.

John
