BCL, There was an article in the business section of Friday's LA Times about Oakley sueing Nike for patent infringement. Basically a rehash of the press releases we have all read by now. They did reiterate that Oakley has never lost a patent suit. The other thing that was news to me was the article said that Jim Jannard and Phil Knight are friends. If Nike feels like it wil lose the suit they might just pull the trigger and buy Oakley.
