These Convert's can be tricky...not sure how the manipulations work, but playing a much bigger role in financing these days to take control of companies. Maybe that's why the huge insider buying...to not allow them(cd holders)control & actually hope for squeeze in the process??? FNSR is a bit different in that they have plenty of Cash & not immediate need of financing. Not sure how this will all play out but could be the beginning of a major trend that could pay off down the road. That is if the holders of the CD death spiral(as they are calling them) financing aren't legislated against(many suits pending now. Complicated stuff & know i don't possess the detailed knowledge to follow exactly what is going on there...and that's what makes me nervous. Hopefully, just a method for making big money in a trading mkt both short & long. And hope to see the long side of this by year end! Making any sense to you...not sure if i'm making sense to myself????? But major manipulation going on any way you look at it. Any experts in this area out there?
