Hey Marvin, Nice to see you posting again. I agree with your buy comment but don't subscribe to your hold idea. This high-beta (2.07) has been a great trade stock. Yesterday the TA reached very oversold conditions on IRF, SOXX, etc. Odds were a bounce is near and looks to be in process - until proved otherwise the overall trend is down. Remember the old 70-20-10 rule of thumb - 70% of a stocks movement is due to the averages, 20% to the sector and 10 % to the individual stock.
