If a person stalks someone the name they use is really quite irrelevant. A name cannot DO anything. It does not have a biological life.

I am sure that he was giving his "opinion" about a biological entity. Any other conclusion would be nonsensical. Why would someone accuse a "name" of being a stalker. You gotta be kidding if you claim to believe that, X.
