From what I remember, it was convertible at a 25% premium to the closing price on that specific day in September. That resulted in a price of $5.74 or something like that, the 10K should have the details. I know of no collar, and any shorting as of a result of the convertible would have been done then, last year. Funny thing is, if they shorted, they lost their ass while it went to $15, and now the convert holders have lost their ass on the long side. A-M-S
