Jim,

They have not made ANY progress with the exception of higher
revenues: Example:1996 Loss: 3,966,426 Shares: 8,526,377
Loss per share: (3,966,426 divided by 8,526,377= (.46)

1997: Loss: (5,326,192 divided by 11,540,800=(.46).

They come up with the (.61) by figuring the 1997 loss (5,326,192)
divided by 1996 shares 8,526,377= (.61)

They are comparing apples to oranges; the reality is: they made
more money, issued more shares and did not cut their losses by
one cent.
