Yeah, thanks... but I had to pick myself off the floor after reading it. The word scheme sticks out in my mind, imagine the idea of a Triple E Senate being called a scheme? The whole notion of Quebec separatism pales in comparison to the actuality of Western alienation and the so-called "scheme" called the Triple E Senate. Can anything like an elected, equal and effective mechanism that devolves power from the King's kingdom, or should I say, the Prime Minister's office be called a scheme?

The author of this piece should be shot, yes, shot dead before he procreates.

It starts out innocently enough when he tries mindlessly to contrive an opinion from some fluff data - but it goes from dumb to dumber when he poses the timeless question of why Canadians have such low confidence of their national existence. Could it be because we're ruled to death by a collectivist, elitist central deity that has subsidized, regulated and taxed every last bit of our “national existence” away?

I know the province and soon to be Republic of Alberta is tired of it. A Republic? Yeah, let the Queen kiss my ass, she kissed Greenspan’s didn’t she?

If your interested - a better piece was printed today in the National Post by Michael Bliss – I’m hopeful they make it available online for tomorrow. I would be my pleasure to post something by someone that actually has a brain. Yes! Somebody with a brain in Canada...

Whoduhthunkit?

Regards,
Frank P.
