5-8 is toooo high, more like 3.5 -4.5 due to rev recog issues.

Man the last thing we need is too much optimism regarding NUKO.

Agree on expenses but not revenues.

Dilution could be a problem if warrents nare excercised.

P.S I stumbled across Arris a while ago and discounted distributed head end solutions, as I feel central office solution them supertrunk is going to be more attractive to most operators.
