hmmm, could be. My perception is it's part military preparedness, but mainly psychological warfare. Keep him guessing. Build up the stress and keep those around his inner circle worried. Maybe one of them will freak out, form an alliance and take Saddam out of power. We'll just have to wait and see.... What's also interesting to witness is the same spineless politicians who couldn't stomach our last war with Iraq, are now spouting their same nonsense. Imagine what today would be like if Iraq had their in-tack 400K man army?
