I think more of us should be checking into the lawsuit. Late yesterday afternoon I spoke to Cynthia Dean at ANZ and she said they were still awaiting word from CLL on whether or not they would accept the 15%.
If CLL had filed yesterday then you would think Cynthia would have been aware of it by the time I talked to her (considering the amount involved).

If John is right and their is no lawsuit filed, then I suspect CLL will be de-listed in short order.

If CLL has filed, then I expect a run-up come Mon. morning.
