Mike you want Saddam to be mad, he has ruled for 25 years and is no MADMAN, he is a cagey ruthless dictator who knows how to survive. Launching WMD against the US will mean he and his nation and family and palaces get toasted, he knows that. MADMEN do not survive 25 years, ruthless dictators can. He is cagey wiley smart man, thus he will not act irrationally, we are doing that instead........

Of course we will not carpet or use nukes until we have too, or have WMD's released against us in retaliation to our attack which they will be, and then you will scream to use them as well, this thing could blow up big........
