>PS. I don't think Buffet would own Quadrax You're correct. Buffet buys companies with _strong_ balance sheets, those in a "turnaround" situation, and/or with billion dollar capitalizations. Long-term strategies for those types of companies pay off because the companies don't need to issue shares to stay afloat; they have plenty of cash. To Buffet, Quadrax would look like a shambles, teetering on the verge of collapse. At this stage, Quadrax is a gamble. Buffet wouldn't stomache it.
