Dan, <How about $231,979 US for a 2-way HP server rx2600 and $402,032 US for a 4-way HP server rx5670 from HPQ?> Kind of hard to make a fair comparison when HP is selling 4GB of server SDRAM for $96K ... tpc.org ... and HP is also tossing in the cost of the storage systems, networks, routers, and clients in the $402K package.
