I have seen their machines in Best Buy for a while now. They typically have a faster processor, better video card, and in general higher end components than anything that HP, Compaq, or Sony have on the shelves at the same time. I couldn't convice the sales rep to pop the cover off so I can't give a definative opinion on their overall quality but, they appear to be of higher caliber than the crap systems that CompUSA sold a few years back.
