your real mistake is that you think my posts are "constant attempts to educate everybody on this thread". instead, my posts are just opinions, which i happen to back up with logic and historical evidence in case anybody tries to pick them apart. any "education" is an accidental byproduct and not intentional.

but as Bill Cosby (i think, or Fat Albert, or Bill Cosby on Fat Albert...) said, "Be careful or you might learn something!"

so people who don't like to think or learn should definitely not read my posts. which is not the same as saying my posts are intended to or can teach anything, or are of any value whatsoever. but if you happened to accidentally learn something from my posts, well, my sincerest apologies.

also, if you must know why i post (and it isn't because i'm an academic, which i'm not), i will tell you a little secret: it is because i like to write.
