My estimate is 100's of years to get to them all. I am always optimistic about gold mining and expect it will not just all disappear in the next 20 years from depletion. This is why I have said (hope for ?) a run over $500 later in the decade (2007) which should be enough to get folks revisiting projects you mentioned and doing more greenfield work. I note new projects in Thailand, Romania, Cambodia and expect folks to look everywhere for gold. More technology should be helpful, like SX-EW from copper mining , bioleaching, a few methods not developed yet, and maybe revisiting some old methods.
