Richard, (and DavidS., Miljenko, John, et al.)...a dear friend has just been diagnosed with metastatic epithelial ovarian cancer (Stage III). Although she is going to undergo standard taxol chemotherapy, I wanted to ask the best biotech brains (and this thread is the place to find them) whether they know of any clinical trials involving promising alternatives to standard chemotherapy for ovarian cancer (expressing CA125 antigen). Perhaps primatized or humanized monoclonal antibodies, or phototherapy, or apotosis, etc. Any leads or info. would be appreciated! Bill in St. Louis.
